By hiring Tropicalia Tour services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions described below.
1. BAD WEATHER
Tours are not canceled due to bad weather, cloudy days, or rain, as long as there are safe operating conditions. The decision is based on safety and logistics.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
The voucher is valid upon proof of payment. Services are collective and regular. It is mandatory to carry an official photo ID.
2.1 BOARDING AND DISEMBARKATION
Pick-up time is on your voucher. Be at the location 15 min early. Delays may occur due to traffic or weather.
2.2 CHILD POLICY
Cabo Frio: 0-4 years free (lap), 5-9 years pay 50%.
Arubinha: 0-4 years free (lap), 5-9 years pay 75%.
Rio de Janeiro: 0-4 years free, 5-6 years pay 50%, 7+ years pay 100%.
6. CANCELLATION
Less than 48h: Considered NO-SHOW (up to 50% retention).
9. NO-SHOW
Non-attendance or cancellation with less than 24h notice. Up to 100% retention of the amount paid.
